Today, we’re excited to share our brand new Support Center for SnapRetail subscribers! One of our major support objectives has been to make product documentation more easily accessible to customers. It’s an area where we know we’ve been missing the mark, and our re-designed Support Center makes great strides towards the goal of providing subscribers with everything they need to be successful.
Read on for a few highlights of the recent update.
For the first time, SnapRetail topics and questions are now searchable! Enter a few keywords or a short phrase into the bar at the top of the site and you’ll be shown any articles relating to your query.
Help articles have been reorganized into a much simpler and more intuitive interface. Subscribers can now choose their broad section, such as “Email Marketing.” Then, they can select the subtopic (maybe they’re looking for “Autoresponders” or “E-Commerce in Email”) and find all of the articles relating to that feature.

We know it’s a mobile world and SnapRetail’s support should go where you do! Working on your smartphone or tablet? No problem. Our new layout is designed to display correctly and provide an excellent user experience, no matter the device.
