Honey House Naturals, located in the Pacific Northwest, was begun in the kitchen of Ruth Willis. She kept bees to pollinate her fruit trees, then set more hives out for neighboring farms, and soon developed a family business of beekeeping and honey selling. She developed the Bee Bar, a solid, natural lotion bar for a friend who suffered from dry skin with deep, bleeding cracks. She found the formula that worked best for him and began selling it with her other bee products at the local Farmers Markets. She went wholesale in 2000. Now her Bee Bars, Soap, Lip Butters and Bee Butters are sold as far away as Guam, Australia and England!
