~ We Love Hearing from our Customers! ~
“.. our painters prepped the new wood, applied a Latex base coat and two coats of Old Village Acrylic Latex, color Steeple White. We are absolutely thrilled with the results. The finish of the paint and the color we chose is beyond our expectations. It is truly an outstanding completion to our new (and I might add costly) sliding French door installation. As I mentioned to you, our trim painters, who are highly regarded and coveted in this area stated that it was the nicest paint they had ever worked with, both in quality of coverage and ease of application. Quite a recommendation from people who do nothing but apply various suppliers paint every day.”
Sincerely,
Chris & Sylvi Wilkin

Old Village Paint Colors
How is our paint different from our competitors? It’s all about ingredients. The rich, deep colors found in each can of our paint originate from natural earth pigments. Natural earth pigments come from the natural formation of color in nature, like different metal rusts or ochers. These natural pigments are the same ingredient found in high quality artist paints. The high volume of an average of 43.7% pigment in each batch gives you the historic richness of not only Colour but durability you’ve come to expect from Old Village Paint, your Oldest Paint Maker in America (over 200 Years, since 1816). That’s why Laney Landis, Old Village Paint owner, often calls Old Village Paint “artist paint in a can.” So whether you are painting a large area or something smaller, you’re project will end up with a vibrant color, that is also incredibly high quality– a durable finish that will last and last and LAST!
Old Village Simulated Whitewash
Old Village also has a simulated whitewash paint that customers use on their interior walls, and exterior brick. Of course, it can also be used on other surfaces terra cotta, ceilings, exterior house, even craft projects . . .
Old Village Simulated Whitewash is safe for interior and exterior home use. We use the word “simulated” on our whitewash because it is a quality Paint we’ve formulated to look like the old lime, salt and molasses whitewash that would wash off in the rain, (which is why Tom Sawyer had to whitewash the fence every year) Our Simulated Whitewash will last years longer but look like the old Tom Sawyer kind of whitewash!
