Anita’s Kitchen Reopens for Dine-In & Carryout
In Lake Orion, Unveils Rooftop Patio!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Tuesday 8/25/20

45 W Flint, Lake Orion, MI. – Anita’s Kitchen reopens its doors in downtown Lake Orion today with all eyes on the future.

Regardless of the many challenges restaurants are facing during these uncertain times, proprietors Jennifer and Joe Wegrzyn see an opportunity to distinguish Anita’s Kitchen (established 1980) as a restaurant that knows how to adapt in order to thrive.

With a primary focus centered on the comfort and safety of both their staff members and guests, the Wegrzyn’s spent a majority of their hiatus (165 days in total) restructuring their business to address the changing needs of diners amidst a global pandemic.

Among the many precautions being taken at Anita’s Kitchen; masks are required to enter and exit the restaurant, tables have been appropriately distanced according to the recommendations of the CDC, sanitizer stations are located throughout, and carryout services have been streamlined to limit the number of people entering the building at any given time.

Curbside Pickup, Downstairs & Rooftop Dining
However, Anita’s Kitchen’s return to Lake Orion also marks a few exciting changes guaranteed to entice every casual to devoted foodie. The incredibly user-friendly ordering platform (located at anitaskitchen.com) combined with a curbside pickup service that simultaneously allows you stay in your car while speeding up your carryout experience, is especially worth noting.

“Because of our unique location on Flint St, guests who choose to utilize our curbside pickup have the option to easily pull up along our building’s side door and we’ll run their food out to them! We think it’s extremely convenient, especially in a busy downtown where parking can sometimes provide its challenges.” – Jennifer Wegrzyn, Proprietor

Anita’s Kitchen has also extended full service dining to its downstairs operation, and has unveiled a stunning rooftop patio that delivers both a special view of the downtown as well as an elevated urban ambiance!

“We were all so excited to introduce the rooftop patio… there really isn’t anything else quite like it in Lake Orion. The view. The food. The Lebanese beer. It all adds up to what we know will be a beautiful evening! - Joe Wegrzyn, Proprietor

For now, Anita’s Kitchen is open from 4-8p, Tuesday thru Sunday, with the intention of opening up for lunch service soon!
