Dear valued customer,
First, we want to thank you for always being a loyal customer and supporting our business! We're so proud to be a part of this community.
During these unpredictable and unprecedented times, we have been forced to close our doors. However, this will not last forever. With your continued support, we will persevere and reopen.
In the meantime, we have been in contact with several area band directors and have learned that there are still going to be expectations for your child to continue to play and practice their instrument during this time of virtual learning. Please do not make plans to return your rental instrument before talking to your band director.
If you or someone in your family has been laid off due to Covid-19 and you are concerned about making instrument rental payments, please contact us to make arrangements. We are all in this together!
While students are still in need of musical supplies, we are here to support you! You can continue to shop online at www.mastermusician.net and take advantage of our curbside service for pick-up.
We are also accepting instrument repairs through curbside drop off. Email us at master_musician@live.com to arrange for a time to bring your instrument to us and drop it off without ever leaving your car. We will quarantine the instrument for the recommended four days before work begins, and call you with an estimate before making the adjustments necessary. Pick your instrument up through curbside service when the work is completed.
