MOM Boss Rita
Married the local fine jeweler 24 years ago and has always been destined for all things sparkly. For the past two decades she is known for Wade Designs, her partnership with her husband and their fine jewelry business. 5 Years ago Rita and John closed the Brick and Mortar and John continued the operation as a by appointment studio and wholesale to the industry.    From there, Rita launched a her Boutique Business and Marketing Agency and coaches and supports retail jewelry stores all over the United States sharing her experience in jewelry and marketing.

Daughter and Mom Boss Michaela
Michaela was voted the most fashionable in the 3rd grade and has always loved to dress up and add the perfect accessories to each outfit.  She studied Apparel and Textiles at Appalachian State University! Her love for fashion has given her an incredible eye to curate collections that are sure to make you coming back for more.

Daughter and Mom Boss Chalea
After studying graphic design in college Chalea came back to her roots working for the family business and her first love, jewelry of course. Chalea has combined her love of photography and jewelry for the Lilly G. Collection. She has a way of transforming something ordinary into something extraordinary with her camera.
