Lynn Fizel Artist Statement
I am a self-taught nationally recognized artist residing in Erie PA. My medium is fiber; in particular, art quilts. While honoring the traditions of quilting, my work is a radical departure from the genre. Utilizing fabric, stretched canvas, thread and paint, my pieces offer a kinesthetic complement to our technological world: a non-linear expression of texture and emotion with a bit of "messiness". My work has been displayed in the Hoffman Challenge, and locally in the Erie Art Museum Spring Shows, the Ruth Jageman Panorama Juried Art Exhibit, the Dr. And Mrs. Robert Guelcher Art Show, Erie Insurance and many galleries including Glass Growers Gallery, Campbell's Gallery, Urraro Gallery, Kelly Run Gallery, Relish, Allen Stoneware and Main Street Art - Girard.

Eric Schwartz Artist Statement
Eric Schwartz is a local artist who has been collecting antique advertising tins and other found objects for the past thirty years. In the last ten years, Eric has taken his love (okay, maybe obsession) of all things old, paired it with his childhood love of robots, and has created fun, “found object” sculptures he calls, “Robo-Tins”. His eclectic conglomeration of collectible cast-offs are one-of-a-kind pieces, each with their own character and personality, waiting patiently to occupy your home and your imagination. In his “spare time” Eric is a Child Psychologist and Vice President of Clinical Services at the Sarah Reed Children’s Center in Erie.
