Please arrive promptly, dress comfortably. Meditation is guided and is conducted in a seated position.

Women’s Self Defense Workshop
Saturday morning 9:00
Geared specifically for woman high school age and up to learn how to assess, prevent and defend themselves in real-life situations. Participants are shown and then trained in techniques including physical attacks, threat assessment and weapons defense, as they learn potentially life-saving information and tactics. While not a workout class, there is physical movement involved as participants drill and practice what they are taught, so dress in comfy clothes and wear appropriate footwear.
It’s better to be prepared than to wish you were. The cost is only $20 per person for this hour and half workshop!!

Spend this mixed media art class exploring fun and fabulous projects. Erna is an artist wholeheartedly. loves to share her easy art making ways with you.
You will learn a variety of painting, watercolor to acrylic techniques as well as use mediums like transfer gel, texture paste and wax. We will work with canvas, wood, paper and more.
Paint, canvas, brushes and everything else you need are provided, as Erna leads you step by step through the process of recreating the featured artwork. At the end of the session, you’ll have a one-of-a-kind creation and a new found talent you’ll want to explore. This is not your average art class, this is art entertainment.
