We'll have art and projects galore to make great Thanksgiving crafts,
as well as gifts for the holidays!

WINTER CLASSES START NEXT WEEK

This 3 week class will focus on one extended project: paper mache reindeer! Of course, we embrace kids’ creative expression and wouldn’t be at all surprised to see it turn into something different altogether!
3 weeks. $52. Grades K-3

Explore the methods and madness of great artists! Each 8 week session focuses on different artists, so even if you’ve taken the class before, you’re in for new experiences. Besides well known artists (such as Picasso, VanGogh or Monet) we’ll learn about artists kids might not have heard of (for example Paul Klee, Jim Dine or Louise Nevelson). Their artwork and styles will help inspire us as we reinterpret them in a variety of mediums such as clay, paint, oil pastel and more.

In this class we’ll create both imaginative and observational drawings while incorporating our studies of color theory, composition, proportion and more. Students are encouraged to develop their own personal style while exploring the properties and techniques of a wide variety of mediums.

Clay is the main focus of this session's 3D class. Learn different methods of working with clay, including pinch, coil and slab. Create adorable critters, rattles, mugs and more in this fun and energetic class!

This class will help improve both observational and imaginative drawing by practicing skills such as shading and proportion. We’ll explore the properties of graphite, chalk pastels, paint and more to achieve a variety of looks in this fun and upbeat class.

MUG & ORNAMENT PAINTING

Get ready for the holidays with this special ceramic painting event! Hand painted ceramics make beautiful gifts for family members, friends, co-workers and teachers.
Choose from ornaments, mugs, magnets and more.
Prices range from $6-$25 and include all glazing materials and firing.
Pieces will be ready to pick up approximately 2 weeks after the event.
