The Dragonfly Shops & Gardens is a fascinating mix of great finds, hidden treasures and affordable prices. Converted to a retail store & studio, the vintage 1920’s home has become a convergence of talent and favorite place to learn a new craft, or find “that perfect” gift for someone special. Stroll through the garden among an ever changing selection of beautiful succulents, as well as distinctive pots, statuary, stepping stones, birdbaths, and garden art. You'll see most likely see workshops taking place under the beautiful shade trees including mosaics, windchimes, terrariums, watercolor, suncatchers, mandalas, planted containers, macrame, metal stamping and so much more.

You will use the ancient art of water marbling to design and create swirling colors and intricate patterns to be transferred in a magical instant to 100% silk. Your finished item is ready to wear as a scarf or beach wrap, or use as a stunning table runner or other home decor. And of course, it makes a fantastic gift! Star McCain & her team of artisans will be ready to guide you through the use of the tools & paints - no experience necessary!
This event is OPEN TO ALL AGES, GENDERS & ABILITIES, and requires no advance registration. Just come on down to watch for free, or discover for yourself the joy of water marbling. Makes a fun day out!
