Ted is chief executive officer and founder of SnapRetail. Prior to forming SnapRetail, Ted was CEO of OneCoast, the nation's largest and only national sales and marketing agency, for eight years. Ted has more than 25 years of experience in a number of entrepreneurial, sales, sales management and executive management positions. He began his corporate sales career as a key accounts salesman for NCR Corporation. Immediately prior to joining OneCoast, Ted co-founded Aceda LLC, a management consulting firm. Based on the success of Aceda, Ted was a finalist in the regional Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year program in 2001. Ted holds a bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Harvard University and received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class. Ted has been active with the Gift and Home Trade Association for several years, and was the Chairperson for the 2008 GHTA Conference.
Suzy is chief operating officer for SnapRetail. In her role, she is responsible for all strategic and tactical aspects of marketing and sales and supports a team that includes product strategy, product management, engineering, marketing, public relations, merchandising, sales and vendor relationships. Prior to joining SnapRetail, Suzy was president and chief operating officer of Matrix Solutions, the leading provider of sales analytics software for media companies. Before this, she was the founder of Aceda, a management consulting firm that provided interim executives for sales, marketing and business development, and spent eight years at Legent Corporation, now CA Technologies, in a variety of executive roles, including vice president of human resources and general manager. Suzy is on the Board of Directors for Touchtown Inc. and serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Pittsburgh's Center for Women in Business. Suzy holds a bachelor's degree in business from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, from which she received a Distinguished Alumni award in 2004.
As vice president of strategic initiatives, Jill Berardi is responsible for driving strategic direction, product strategy and developing new revenue streams, including new business opportunities, forming key partnerships, soliciting venture capital fundraising and M&A activities. She was formerly SnapRetail's vice president of product management, where she built a product team and took SnapRetail's software from prototype to launch to growth. Prior to SnapRetail, she led the marketing for IMPAQT, a nationally top-ranked technology company which provides search marketing to Fortune 500 clientele. Jill's career is focused on strategic marketing, advertising, technology and PR, and includes stints as media spokesperson and marketing director for the American Red Cross and a decade at advertising agencies. Jill is involved in number of Pittsburgh-based advisory councils and is a Director for the Pittsburgh Advertising Federation Board. Jill holds a bachelor's in journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Tara is vice president of products at SnapRetail. In her role, she leads the overall software strategy, implementation, and product communications to customers to offer a complete marketing solution for independent retailers. Before joining Snap, Tara served as VP of product management at two startups, AdKeeper.com (now KeepHolding.com) and Lockerz (a Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers company), where she lead the initial product vision and launch for both. Prior to that, Tara spent over two years at Google as the first Product Manager for the Google Pittsburgh office. Tara brings to SnapRetail an additional nine years of e-Commerce experience gained at American Eagle Outfitters. She started her time there as a software engineer and moved into a management role, where she contributed to and impacted the company's e-commerce business growth to become one of the chain's topmost strategic priorities. Tara attended the Pennsylvania State University and received a bachelor's in Mathematics Education with Honor in 1996.
Traci is vice president partner programs for SnapRetail and is responsible for all partner programs and merchandising. She creates the strategy and manages the relationships and programs for our vendors, resellers, marketing groups and affiliates. Prior to joining SnapRetail, Traci had 17 years of senior management experience in merchandising, product development, sourcing, marketing, planning and sales development within the apparel and premium gift industry, most recently with seven years at American Eagle Outfitters Corporate. She also led the merchandising and product development for Polyconcept North America for 10 years, accountable for more than $500M consistently increasing sales for all core product categories and high volume brands working with the team in the U.S., Asia and Europe. Traci holds a bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising and marketing. She also attended the Fashion Institute of Technology - New York to work on merchandising projects and to gain a greater understanding of fashion influence and design.
